Do you have another motherboard you can try it in?  Maybe a friend with a Ryzen motherboard can help you?

This seems to mean a dead CPU.  I wonder if a BIOS issue could also cause it?

the motherboard manufacturer is informing me that this processor only works with off board video card. But the 5 beeps refer to CPU failure (incompatibility) and not lack of any board. I have already updated the mother board to the latest version with another processor, but ryzen 5 still does not work. What do I do?

flash latest bios
do a second CMOSrun pc with ONLY: 1 dimm RAM + CPU + GPU + 1 screen (HDMI or DVI) + 1 SSD/HDD
