 It's been a while that every time i turn off my monitor and  after a short period of time i turn it back on again basically there are only two colors working, yellow and white, my graphic card and the rest of my pc works just fine besides that.

 With only this wo color working i can barely see whats happening but i can see it still working just fine, i can open and close programs, when i press windows button it responds and i can still hear things like an youtube video for example.

 Is it my monitor, windows, graphic card, hdmi cable or driver tha are giving me this problem? What can i do to solve it?

Hello.

There are a few basic things you can try if you haven't already.  You can uninstall your AMD graphics drivers using the AMD cleanup Utility and then reinstall the latest drivers.

If that doesn't help, you can try moving your HDMI cable from one port on the GPU to another, and if nothing changes, also move it to another port on the monitor. 

If the problem still persists, try swapping out the cable.
