Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2015 Graphics Issues. (MLAA also is not working in any game)

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2015 has an issue on my computer where the reflections are not rendering properly and when they do render, they are extremely low quality. The game uses image-based rendering which renders the world first and the car second. This allows for reasonably accurate high-quality reflections even if the thing being reflected is outside of the screen space. I do not have the reflections issue in the Remastered version because I can force the reflections quality and draw distance up to the max. However, to play multiplayer or online I need to play the original version. I want to have the graphics be what they should be not incredibly low quality or broken graphics. Tessellation quality is also lacking. I remember the game having tessellation, but it is semi-broken on modern systems. The "Rear View Mirror" Hud is also broken, only rendering a few LARGE polygons behind your car. 

To Summarize: 

* Tessellation Quality is lower than expected. Or not being applied when it should. 
* Reflections are low quality or broken. 
* Reflections Draw Distance is too low. 
* Framerate sometimes tanks to single digits when rendering 3D graphics of any kind. 
* the "Rear view mirror" HUD element is broken. 

My Previous laptop did not have these issues when running this game, and had "worse" specs than my current laptop. 

Previous Laptop: ASUS TUF FX 505 DY. 
Current Laptop: ASUS TUF A16 ADVANTAGE EDDITION, FA617XT

Some of the issues carry over into remastered but I am sure they could be fixed with a driver update, some DLL injection, and forcing settings in drivers or in game. 

However, the 2010 version of the game still has many issues. Even when running in DX11 or Vulkan mode. (via launch options)

This is the method NFS uses: 

The environment is rendered first

Then the cars are rendered second, over the top of the already rendered environment. 

This allowed for more realistic reflections on hardware not capable of RT.

I recall reading somewhere about a graphics problem, but not sure if it's the same one you're having, and one of the guys reported, he tracked it down to the rear view mirror, and disabling the rear view mirror fixed everything.

Maybe it might not help, but it's a simple thing to try out?

Sorry I can't remember where I read it too...

My problem include the rear mirror, even its render distance is minuscule.
