low fps

a320m asrock matx motherboard

ryzen 9 5900x

amd 6500xt

16gb corsair vengence 3200mhz

mp510 ssd 500 gb and wd blue ssd 1tb

vs650 corsair power 

just upgraded from a ryzen 3 3300 to the ryzen 9 5900x and seems like its a bit smoother game play but the fps lagg stuttering is still noticeable any advice i can get it to run much better 

mw2 50fps to 90 fps

no mans sky 50fps to 110 fps

halo infinite 35fps to 80fps

escape from tarkov 25fps to 60fps 

all in low settings and 1080p 

any advice on what iv done wrong

i would assume the 6500xt is at fault here, and possibly the motherboard as well. the 6500xt needs pcie 4.0 to perform well, and even then its a pretty weak laptop gpu. your motherboard probably doesnt have pcie 4.0. cheapest thing to do would probably be a b550 mobo, easiest thing is dropping in a more powerful gpu.
