Do you mean how do you claim the AMD Rewards Game codes bundle that comes with purchase of RX5700/XT or RX590/580/570?

That card should qualify for XBOX Game pass and either Borderlands 3 or Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
You should have received the codes with purchase of the card from participating retailer.
