Having issues with game, shadows are pitch black and I cannot see a single thing. Looking around on Reddit ect it seems to be an AMD and Radeon graphics card issue

I am also having the shadow issue where they are solid black. I am on RX Vega 64 and on the 24.7.1 drivers (latest). It seems that there is some weak bluish light that comes into the shadow at certain angles but that is all. Also getting some height and some distance and looking down on some of the shadows seems to make them appear more normally lit.

 

 First video shows off the black shadows bug in general and the second one shows the bluish light that is applied in angles, in this case in a very upwards direction.
