How to get rid of Realtek Audio Windows 10

I want to get rid of Realtek Audio. I want to use AMD drivers. Can someone help me please please please...!

AMD Ryzen 5 1400  -  Radeon RX550/550 Series  windows 10.

you simply set your "AMD High Definition Audio Device" as standard here (Soundsettings in Windows)

Have in mind that this only works when your soundsystem is plugged into graphic card or on the connected Monitor
