team dark pro 3200 ram, stable as heck at 2800, but can't seem to push it past that, i have increased the timings, up the voltage,seems maybe i got that one board that is saying nope?

I would advice you to join the AMD discord, you can find the discord link on the main Red Team community page, on the left.
There are quite a few overclockers that deal with ram oc settings, you should come say hi and drop your question about.
There is an overclocking channel dedicated to troubleshot oc, much easier to overclock live than explaining on a forum.
Especially for ram settings, not always easy, fast to find good stable clocks.
