Ryzen 2200g ( integrated graphics disabled) Overclocked 89 percentile score.

While in game for example Fifa 23 where the pitch and gameplay is consistent and nothing new to load or quiet spells... my GPU utiiization is jumping from 80% 97% 100% and as low as 7/10% randomly and gameplay is stuttering when it drops as does fps.
Fresh install of most recent drivers after using DDU and blocking windows update.
tried turning full screen optimisation off.
not sure what else to change/check.
Game is running at 1080p my monitor resolution and lowest settings.
