new gpu in new mobo?
wrong pci-e slot?
wrong pci-e slot as graphic slot used in bios?
did you flash a vbios
did you bought card used
what does the mobo say (beeps with motherboard speaker) or show via debug led?

we need WAY more info

that is no solution dude - and not helpful in anyway...

Had the same exact issue and didn't matter what driver I used. It was the power supply. I had a 750w corsair(more than adequate) and upgraded to a 850w Corair and it only did it very randomly but not anywhere close as frequentlyas it had been. Plugged up two separate cables instead if a daisy chained one and Haven't had the problem since. Try two separate and if that doesnt work upgrade the psu. Myccpay
