No, FM2+ APUs require FM2+ motherboard.

i think there are some FM2 boards that support FM2+ specs with a bios-update

EDIT: i was wrong! FM2+ has two Pins more; so you cant fit FM2+ CPUs into a FM2!
i was confused because there are Mainboards that have the same layout & stuff in FM2 and FM2+ - but actually they are a little different internally
