Probably the wrong place to ask. Better to look for guidance on dedicated forums.
However, unfortunately, I think the days of hackintosh AMD or Intel won't last too much longer. Writing's on the wall with the new ARM macbooks (and soon iMac). Apple want to completely wall off their garden, per iOS.
