I cannot find my AMD Radeon settings.

I install the recommended AMD driver because the RadeonSettings.exe is not found.

However, upon installing it, and clicking the AMD Radeon Settings, it is searching for RadeonSettings.exe

When the driver has finished installing, does it say partially installed?

1. what GPU?
2. what Driver Version?
3. what Windows?

maybe:
4. did you upgrade your GPU?
4b. did you had a Nvidia GPU before?

here do this:

1. run latest version of DDU (DisplayDriverUninstaller) in Safe-Mode as Admin
2. choose clean Driver + restart
3. after restart install LATEST driver fitting your GPU (so eiter 19.1.1 or Legacy)
4. RESTART AGAIN
5. test if its working now
