Ok, the March 2025 version is out and it includes a new feature on the home page called 'manage updates'.  You click on that (after 25.3.1 has been installed of course) and it checks for updates on things like the chipset drivers!  Works well too.  In fact, when you click on the notifications button, and then click on the new notification, it actually works and takes you to the AMD website.  That never worked for me in the past - on any of my computers.  I love it when things work.  Also, this update wasn't listed as 'optional', like the 25.1.1 and 25.2.1 updates were.

Has anyone tried gaming with this new version?

I hesitate to download because of all the problems experienced playing Fortnite in previous release. I'm waiting for others to try and provide feedback. It took me weeks to get the best FPS and resolution in order to play the game.

They have a new installation tool thing in 25.3.1 that lets you update chipset drivers among other things.

Most of my eleven gaming computers needed a chipset update.  It worked just fine and dandy.  Yes, I'm retired.

The "manage updates" is brilliant. I had no idea my chipset driver was out of date until "manage updates" told me.

And one day the Death Stranding RGB eyes bug will get fixed... Only 4 years or so now..

you keep finding other problems instead of seeing that AMD is actually the problem. I'm not referring to the hardware but to the software. It's incredible what these incompetents from AMD's software division can do. It's a nightmare for the mind.

Instead of being so negative on the programmers working the Adrenalin drivers, why not offer to be a beta tester for new updates?
