my laptop has an amd gpu 520 beside intel graphics card my amd card is 2 GB vram but it can accept up to 4 GB . can you tell me how to get use of shared memory to increase used vram

You Cant Physically increase your Vram anymore. 

Shared Memory is something that doesn't make much sense and I don't know what it is for, to be honest...

Look. you cant just slot in more ram for your GPU, that is super old tech. also, 2GB vRAM is perfectly fine for most things... (except for Fortnite, that wants more vRAM)

and anyways, an upgrade would be a good thing for you to get.
