Hello, guys!
I have two pc with same hardware, but with different cpus - tr 3970 and 3990. Mb msi creator, 128 gb ram, win 10 enterprise.
Question is - when my 3970 is perfectly fine and all cores have status [sleep] in idle; 3990x from the start have all 64 cores running at 300-500 mhz and never goes to sleep. So, i have temp in idle mode around 55-70 celsius.
People say, i have run something in background - but i check task manager many times and dont see any program, that have more than 0,5 % of cpu resources.
What i need to do? Why 64 cores working? I can t get it.
