I have so many errors and all around this app path any ideas or help?

Not sure but I believe cpumetricserver.exe is part of Radeon Settings Monitor Performance Metrics. This AMD Support page explains about that feature: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh3-038

You can try and disable this feature, if possible, or least the part that is monitoring the CPU and see if the errors goes away or not.
