AMD uProf PCM support with Prometheus Grafana

Hi,

I'd like to use the AMD uProf PCM tool to monitor server performance with an AMD EPYC 7763 CPU. I'm wondering if there is any support for exporting those metrics into Prometheus and Grafana so the data can be viewed on a dashboard. There was support for the Intel equivalent PCM tool, and I'd like to avoid having to write my own exporter.
