Hello,
Windows 10 x64 system with a Sapphire nitro+ RX 580 8G and a Ryzen 5 1600X on a MSI x370 gaming pro carbon on the latest 19.2.2 adrenalin drivers.
When creating a manual fan curve in Wattman, Zero RPM doesn't work anymore and the curve can't be set lower than 18% fan speed.
Is there something I did wrong or a workaround? Will this be corrected in the next driver update? It has been around for a long time now...
