UMA Frame Buffer Size

I have seen several laptops on the shelf equiped with an AMD Ryzen APU, no graphic board, on which the System Info indicates there is 8 Gb of RAM installed but only 5.85 or 6.9 Gb of RAM usable.

The WINDOWS administration tools indicated there is one or two gigabytes of RAM dedicated to the integrated GPU (see attached screen shots). On these laptops there was no graphics option in the BIOS.

How can I check if there is actually so much RAM dedicated to the integrated GPU or whether the information displayed is wrong (the BIOS does not provide any useful information) ?

How can one reduce the amount of RAM dedicated to the integrated GPU when there is no graphics option in the BIOS (neither UMA mode, nor UMA Frame Buffer Size) ?

PS : I have not seen any laptop equipped with an Intel APU showing such a huge amount of RAM dedicated to the GPU. I prefer to have as much memory available for the CPU because I don't use video games.
