Journeyman III

The driver does not appear to support OpenGL

So I recently bought a AMD RADEON RX 5600 XT and since then I wasn’t able to start minecraft unless I would disable the GPU in the device manager. I’ve already searched on the internet and tried all the possible fixes such as reinstalling the drivers, updating the drivers, adding the openGL file manually, trying to force the game to use the AMD gpu from the graphic settings of the PC, and obviously I also restarted the PC. All of this didn’t work, the only way I can launch minecraft is to disable the AMD GPU and continue with integrated graphics.

(error message:glfw error 65542 wgl the driver does not appear to support opengl)

Minecraft Version is 1.16.5 but it doesn’t matter since it happens with every version of the game.
