I second that! I don't know why AMD makes it so hard for end users to contact actual AMD support with issues.
They really need for the on-line forms to work. Not only for reasons of not sharing system information either. Often times the problem a customer has it that the Radeon Settings software doesn't work. So without alternative methods for a bug report, you can't do anything.
The support form at least works, but it is buried under, not obvious links, several pages deep on the website and most users can't find it, as often reported here. Better than half the posts I make here are helping people find the support form. They come here then thinking they are getting help from actual AMD support. Over, and over again, day after day. This could be fixed on the website in a matter of a few minutes.
