My Usb port isnt working with my mouse or keyboard

I just got a new computer the Lenovo - Ideapad Gaming 3 15.6" FHD Laptop - Ryzen 5 5600H - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti - 256GB SSD - Shadow Black. The thing is the USB port doesn't work I tried uninstalling the drivers and I even tried the mouse and keyboard with another computer they worked fine so if someone could please help me with this it would be great thank you.

You might also want to post a query on the lenovo support community forum, maybe users there have more knowledge on your laptop functions.
