So When playing games I always lock my games to 60fps due to my monitor refresh rate.
So all the games I play they all lock perfectly using the AMD Adrenalin software and the VSYNC within the game.
For some reason when using the same settings in the AMD software and VSYNC it just doesnt lock and wants to bounce around 100+fps.
Anyone else having the same issue or got any fixes using the RX 6650XT GPU
