BSOD related to Master Driver

My Dell G5 5505 has been bluescreening lately, and when I used Event Viewer, it gave me this reason for the crash:

The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV16 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

How do I fix this? I am not very tech savvy, I have just gotten this computer. Thanks in advance for any help.

That's related to a bit of a mess AMD had with Ryzen Master not actually cleaning things up properly. Since you're not a tech savvy user, it's safe to use Programs & Features to uninstall Ryzen Master. If it is already uninstalled, you can open the registry editor (type regedit in the start menu) and delete this key

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriverV16

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriverV16

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\FirstBoot\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriverV16

But I'm betting it's still installed.
