Just bought & built a brand new system.
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 12600K
GPU: XFX Merc 319 Radeon RX 6800 XT
Randomly, my entire computer would freeze, cause a black screen on my main monitor display, that being a Gigabyte G24F @165Hz connected via Display Port, And still show display on my secondary monitor, being a Dell 1907FP, @75hz connected via a DVI to Display Port adapter. I have to hard-reset my computer manually using my power button on the top of my case.
This happens in any application, INCLUDING the desktop, (with no applications open, other than Radeon, Afterburner in the background.) I've underclocked my card to 2090Mhz due to high temps. Temps are now stable at 50-60c in popular titles.
I'm using a Corsair Rm750x Power Supply, 80+ Gold rated, 750watts. This has been happening since plug-n-play. (No underclocks, stock everything, including a fresh install of windows.) I've tried uninstalling drivers with DDU, and without Adrenalin software. Still no use. Happens randomly.
Getting really upset here that I blew $1500+ on a new high end system for my personal entertainment, and for it not to even work properly.
A fix for this would be amazing. Please if there's anyone that can kindly find a solution, thank you.
