Recently, I got my new laptop but I couldn't connect the device to an external monitor out of the box, no matter how hard I tried. The moniter showed "No signal" meanwhile the AMD Software pushed a notification that it detect an AMD FreeSync monitor (as attached below).
At first, I thought it was HDMI's failure, so I tried casting the device to the monitor through WiFi network. It stucked at "Connecting" for a few minutes then shows "Couldn't connect". When I tried to update the Display driver manually via Device Manager, Cast worked fine (but Project via HDMI didn't). Consequently, I can't use the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition anymore since it popped up a dialog which stated that the software isn't compatible with the driver.
Please work on the support as soon as possible since I need the software to balance the screen's temperature. I appreciate it!
