There is no driver on win 10. I install 22.6.1 Everything hangs on 55 percent of the installation. Help with the drivers for this video card.

HD 8600/8700m graphics card tells us nothing. Except this is a laptop (m). You can run GPU-Z....select 'Lookup' and it should tell you exactly what version you have > https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-gpu-z/  

The drivers for that series of cards depends on what processor/APU you have. Install and run Speccy > https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download. Check what your CPU is. Then post back.

First go to Intel support >https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html ...run it's driver finder program and install all it finds...one of which is a update for the embedded Intel graphics chip. This must be done first..before any AMD diver installed. Reboot.

Then install the correct AMD graphics driver. I can't tell you which one because you did not furnish WHICH 8600/8700 graphics you have. I showed you how to find it.

Curious...how long have you owned this computer? Have you never updated it?

What we are asking for is the AMD graphics driver you have. Use GPU-Z as outlined above. The exact model....not the Series it belongs to.

These graphics cards are old and considered "Legacy"..meaning no more updates. Here is the latest/last drivers for the HD8750

does your Laptop or All-In-One use a AMD APU processor or an Intel APU Processor?

If AMD APU Processor you will need to download the APU AMD Driver and not the DGPU driver. The Integrated Graphics driver will automatically install both GPU drivers in your laptop or AIO PC.
