Hey all so I know this has been an ongoing issue and I wanted to see if anyone's experienced the problem like this and knows of a possible solution:
I go to AMD rewards.
Enter in the Code from Best Buy email for the product I purchased (Ryzen 7 3700X - I believe it's eligible so correct me if I'm wrong).
Downloaded the AMD product verification tool.
Then ran the Installation
When I open the software I receive this message:
"Please download the PVT file again and launch once more."
Contact support on the amdrewards site, they'll run you through the possible causes/solutions.
All the time,consistently informed I can use code but then told it has already been redeemed.I have complained to Newegg but they just blank me
