Windows 10 64-bit client PC has a Code39 with the yellow exclamation sign on it. Says windows cannot load the device driver for this software. When trying to update driver manually, it locates the driver, starts to install and then encounters an error and is not able to install.
Also, I have an unknown device in device manager.
Ever since I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 64-bit on this Lenovo Ideapad 130-15AST laptop with AMD A9-9425 processor, I have never had the touchpad working. I use a usb external mouse.
I am so dissappointed at this point as I've tried almost everything: Over 50 drivers. Please I need help ASAP.
