I was planning on going Completely OVERKILL on my setup whenever I got the money, like a 7900XTX, but I decided to try and get a 6600XT and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D if possible. I need a big upgrade since I am using a FX 6300 with a RX 560 2gb card (It's not that great) just need an upgrade if I can, and if I am able to win this (with some miraculous miracle), I might be able to play better games if not have to spend so much money on a pc setup when I have a Decent GPU that can play 100% of my games that I own.

Isn't the 7800X3D, like 320, the Ryzen 5 7600X is like 200, and would be a better match for the 6600XT. Unless you plan on upgrading from a 6600XT to something else, but I wouldn't buy a GPU and then upgrade within a year.
Basically, the 7800X3D is overkill.
You could use the extra 100 for a better GPU.
I'm in the UK, so prices could be different.
You could get an RX 7600XT or like a 4060 Ti (wouldn't pick this one)
