I've tried to be all adult and get into brandy or mulled wine, drinks that sound like the perfect thing to chase away the winter evening chill, but...nope!  There's simply nothing better than wrapping icy fingers around a mug of steaming hot cocoa.  Whether curling up with a good book or a favorite holiday movie, or settling in for an all-nighter with a game I've been dying to lose myself in all year, it just doesn't feel like the holiday season without a cup of cocoa.

So in the Caribbean, we've got a drink called Ponche De Creme, it's similar to Bailey's/Egg Nog in flavor, and it is extremely creamy as well as strong!
