Hello community,

I have a pc with the following specs:

--Intel i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz

--24 gb RAM

--GPU: AMD Radeon HD6450

--Windows 10, 64-bit

I use Photoshop CC 20.0.9 (2019) and I encounter problem with Open CL and "Oil Paint" filter in Photoshop:

Is there any solution?

The answer is there, try looking up online for updated drivers. But it may not work as that card latest drivers are from 2016.

Or follow the Adobe suggestion and disable Open CL hardware.
