My laptop CPU temperature is 92° acer nitro 5 AN515-45

I have an issue with my cpu Ryezn 7 5800h temperature to high when I play games its going up to 95° 

 

I need some help I did everything 

1.clean fans change thermal paste

2.PCI power mangemant 

but still same issue

I suggest you get a laptop cooler, essentially a lap desk with cooling fans.  That should help with cooling the CPU / GPU.  This one is available on Amazon for about $25 USD.
