after installing the cleanup utility the audio fails, when I set the volume from 0 to 2 it sounds a loud sound as if it was on 50 and when I turn it down to 0 the normal sound is deactivated but when I turn the volume up it does not work it keeps the same volume from 2 even if I update everything as shown it is not fixed....the audio does not work correctly after using the cleanup utility
