Unsure how to produce this. Maybe it's just my pc build, and parts. so i'll list the parts and error, then you can decide which if any issues you pick out of it.

So many weird issues which are as follows:
Motherboard allows for discreet GPU interfacing with an CPU and an iGPU with an APU, but the MB bios past v6.4 has reached a Cycle end for APU use.
With APU in the VGA does this:
integrated display port won't share system mem even if two gpu's are in x16 slots
VGA won't allow for iGPU and Discreet GPU simultaneous operation OR a memory processing offload to the discreet GPU while both are attached to same monitor and separate monitors.
With a CPU in is does this:
-GPU HDMI Link Assurance errors while connected on a extended display orientation of two or more monitors 1DP(ASUS VP28U) and 1 HDMI(HP23xi)
-GPU fails to set Audio on HDMI only while interfacing with DP is present since the Asus VP28U has the only audio processor. Drivers cause the Asus VP28U to auto switch ON DP audio connected device confirmations which contradicts DP integration since, as i am aware, DP doesn't have native audio outputs on the Asus VP28U. DP errors because HDMI link assurances errors on the HDMI of HP23xi since no audio peripheral is connected on DP Asus VP28U
-a HUD Update issue that doesn't report resolution on the DP Asus vp28u when switching desktop resolutions. it still reports last used resolutions in the DP Asus VP28U HUD
Both GPU's required a base video render reset for FULL HD UEFI & bios Fullscreen LOGO booting which was fixed in a much later bios update. 6 years after 570 and 590 were activated. only once 570 and 590 were discontinued was the bios update made available since a new processor required an bios update.
In short. I think there might be an issue with the driver because I'm running memory integrity security and this issues still happen. or could it be that third party software isn't being developed and distributed safely to windows.
Any help here might fix my issues getting around the link assurance errors causing problems when i update my GPU to an Vega 20 Radeon VII in the future.
