Always on maximum clock

So, as in the subject the processor always stay at maximum clock (4.2ghz), i have a Ryzen 5 2600X;

I think its a ryzen master problem, because the first time i installed it started the problem, now everytime i boot up i have to manually set down the clock speed to 3.6ghz (The base speed), and yes, i tried saving the config, i tried disabling XMP, dont know what more to do.

Any help appreciated.

Hello.
Uninstall Ryzen Master with Windows on-board tools
open energy saving plan, open the advanced energy settings change
then a small window opens, about in the middle you will find -processor energy management-... open minimum (5 percent, maximum 100 percent)..just to check.then go into the bios and check the base clock frequency (you'll find it straight away as soon as you open the bios).
A bios reset or reinstalling the bios could also help.I had that once too, with an R5 2600, but it was years ago.Uninstall chipset drivers and clean installer again.Perform a disk cleanup, just to be on the safe side...reboot.try it.
