The Windows blender plug-in download seems to be broken.
The download is of only 844 KBs and the file doesn't open.

So for both of these links I get a 79.3 mb zip file.  Which seems correct.

I can Download the Big File.... Just like e Week ago I was Having this Creepy problem.... 24-36 Hours Later the Link Got Fixed... Well, As for right Now, I can Also Download.... So I will just Upload that to my Drive and Put the Link here....
