I wanted to test new build of Radeon ProRender (2.0.94) for Blender 2.8 to test its interior archviz capabilities. First things first: It's a joy to work with ProRender, because Viewport Rendering is incomparable smooth and responsive. At the moment there is no displacement implemented, bump maps are as well not working properly - but normal maps work as they should. Bevel modifier produces glitches in this build of RPR, but you can add a bevel manually. I also wanted to try the ML-Denoiser: It works pretty well with texture details, but still has some problems with high reflective materials lit by bright lights. The Renderer is pretty fast, but needs more samples as Cycles to get rid of noise. All in all i see a hugh potential for RPR, it's really blazing fast and rock stable. I hope for some future features like Displacement, GI Cache, Biased Rendering etc... for ProRender has the muscles to become Blenders best renderer.
