Whenever rendering with tiled rendering, Blender crashes. The exact settings are Tile X= 256, Y=256, min samples = 64, max samples = 128, no denoising, no time limit, 6 CPU threads on an Intel Core i7-4870HQ @ 2.50GHz, AMD Radeon R9 M370X (Metal), and high contrast on filmic colour. Compositing included only a glare node.
I'm using ProRender 2.4.11, with Blender 2.8.2a. Anyone else experiencing this?
P.S. Regular rendering works fine.
Are you rendering with CPU and GPU? I'm unable to do so on MacOS. Crashes. GPU only works.
You should report the issue to AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
According to Bsavery of AMD Manager for ProRender, all R9 are now listed as not being compatible with ProRender latest versions: AMD Stop supporting R9 and Non-Rx Series GPU cards on ProRender
Your R9 may work but might not be 100% compatible anymore.
