Prorender 3.08 Blender add-on: Sampling Noise Threshold cannot be edited/changed

The Sampling property named Noise Threshold appears to be fixed at 0.05 in the Prorender 3.08 Blender add-on.    Is there some other property I need to change to be able to set Noise Threshold?

Just figured it out man. In the render properties tab, go to quality and change you quality down from Full to anything bellow and it should un-gray out the settings. hope this works for you too 

wont let me post images here but I think it is pretty self explanitory
