I got the brand spanking new version of blender 2.8 (official release, not beta) and the latest version of RPR from the official download. But after installing I get an error when trying to enable it in blender. My CPU is "AMD Phenom II x4 910e (Deneb)" and I have an RX 470 for my GPU, and my OS is Windows 10 x64.

HI, do you install RPR with active Blender 2.80 process (you can recheck in task manager, because some time blender continue working after app was closed)? Please, try to reinstall and if it will reproduce again, please, share error information (screenshot or text)

Same error after trying that, error info is in the image I attached.
