Which version of RPR are you using, and do you use a Blender build from the last week?
For posting something to work with, it's alway recommended to give your computer specs and the software versions you use.

I got latest RPR 2.0.85 & newest blender 2.80.74.Computer spec had already in the image i've uploaded.
There is a restriction that you must have the latest Windows update for ML denoiser to work as well.
does that means I have to upgrade my windows 7 to Windows 10 ?
Yes, sorry I should have been more specific. Latest Windows 10 update.
