This is my current setup - an aging HP OEM build + a Lenovo Legion Laptop, along with a Google Project Tango (Yellowstone) Tablet I sometimes use as a smaller (third!) monitor thanks to the magic of Spacedesk.
The venerable HP (an AMD Vision Premium PC with a Quad-Core AMD Phenom II 840T with 12 GB RAM and ATI Radeon HD 4200 Graphics) was acquired well over a decade ago, and isn't hugely powerful, but served me well for years. Currently, however, I'm mostly using Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH I acquired during the pandemic, with a 15.6" screen, an Intel i7-9750H processor, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile graphics card, a Samsung PM981a 512 GB NVME M.2 SSD and a Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB SSD, which I added for extra space. I use it together with the 20" monitor from the old rig when I'm doing productivity tasks for which I prefer having more than one screen, with the tablet serving as an additional screen if/when necessary.
While this setup is still serviceable, I am in the process of building a new rig, but as you can see below, I'm still gathering components!
Not the prettiest setup, but it gets the job done - the upgrade to a new laptop was a godsend in 2020, given that the device I was using before that was quite long in the tooth.
Below, you can see some of the components I've assembled for my new rig. The case (BeQuiet Shadow Base 800 FX, along with their lightwings fans), has yet to be delivered, and the PSU (Corsair 850), and the cooler (Deepcool 720SE AIO) are still in their boxes, with me currently looking for a great GPU to tie everything together. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to win a AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XT or one of those lovely Avatar-themed 7900 XTXs? Here's hoping!
Good luck everyone!
