The toilet paper is for the chronic nose bleeds I get from the botched nose surgery I had to fix a deviated septum. 

The monitors are a pair of MSI MAG274QRF-QD Monitors. The Keyboard is a customized Element V2 from Whirlwind FX, and the mouse is a Steel Series Rival 5. All of the RGB stuff you see is powered by an Externally mounted Razer ARGB controller.

ALL the RGB is controlled by SignalRGB! All of the Custom ARGB panels were designed and commissioned by me 😄

The soundbar is a Creative Labs Stage Air V2 and the webcam is a Logitech C920.

I plan to upgrade the webcam, CPU and GPU, as I am planning to start Vtubing and streamin in Febuary.
