After mid Dezember of 2024 my Gpu in my PC has been running into a problem. At random intervels my 3 monitors would turn black and not turn back on. I then would need to turn the deaktiveated Gpu in the Devices Manager back on an could repeat with gaming. This then intensiefied in the last 3 days, now resulting that my Gpu starts stops to work because of a error after i try to boot anything that resembles a prozessing load for the Gpu. My first tries to fix this was to deaktivate and reaktivate my Gpu wich on first sights seems to have fixed the issue until you tried to boot something up again in wich it prombly chrashes again, resulting in another error in the Devices Manager.
It is of note that the pc has a regulated internet acsess and is coneceted to the internet via a ethernet cable. Also all of the above mentioned Windows Kernal pnp error 400, 411, 420, 430 are to be find unter the GPU in the Devices Manager. Also i never find my Gpu in the Task-Maneger under prozessing units.
Theis are the things i have already tried:
- performing a clean boot
- running SFC & DISM
- disabling fast startup
- checked for updates
- updated my GPU Driver
- updated my Motherboard driver
- uninstalled and reinstalled GPU drivers
- ran trouble-shooters
- checked for corrupted files
- checked Minidump (wich was clear)
- tried different pci slots
- tried older Versions of Amd Adrenenalin
I have also heard of the problems that bring the new Adrenenalin Version 24.12.1 but i cannot confierm if these are true.
This is a report that poped up after a game crashed:
An unexpecteds problem has occurreed with your display driver.
This can be caused by outdated drivers, game settings that exceed the capabilities of your GPU, or an unexpected issue with your graphics driver. Please ensure your graphics drivers are up-to-date and consider lowerring your in-game graphics settings.
Current GPU and driver: AMD Redeon RX 7900 XT, AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 24.12.1

Also of note is that i dont/shoundt need to lower my graphics settings because the ran very smoothly before all of these problems. Also i find it very peticualar that my Gpu turns all of the Monitors off as soon as more than 2 monitors are connected to the Gpu. I then need to restart my PC and unplug at least one of the monitors to get one working. I then need to deaktivate and reaktivate my Gpu to get a second monitor working.
You guys are my last destination pefore i send my GPU to repair.
It sounds like your GPU may be having hardware issues, especially since it's failing under load and causing display problems. Before sending it for repair, try these:
If none of these work, it might be time for an RMA.

Check to make sure that the graphics card is fully inserted into the motherboard PCIe slot. The retention tab should click and lock the card in place. Check to ensure that none of the PCIe contact points are visible above the PCIe slot, indicating a card that is not fully seated. A misalignment of the riser bracket or motherboard could also prevent the card from being fully seated.
