My name is Zokhid, and I am experiencing difficulties enabling virtualization features on my computer equipped with an AMD A6-7310 APU. Below are the details of the issue:
Processor and BIOS Information
- Processor: AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
- BIOS Version: V 1.11
Issue
I am unable to run the VirtualBox application, although my computer indicates that virtualization is supported. However, I cannot find the option to enable virtualization.
- Virtualization Options: I have not been able to locate the necessary settings to enable virtualization (SVM or AMD-V) in the BIOS parameters.
- BIOS Sections: The BIOS menu only displays Information, Main, Security, Boot, and Exit sections. There is no "Advanced" or "CPU Configuration" section, so I am unable to enable virtualization.
I have tried all possible options, but I have not found a solution to enable virtualization. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
