I have a Radon RX 6700 XT on Ubuntu 24.04.

I have also installed Ollama using their install script: https://ollama.com/download
In /opt/, I have two ROCm installations:

When launching games (Baldur’s Gate 3), coil whine is fine: the sound was the same as before, very subtle.
However, when launching Deepseek-R1:14B, there is horrible coil whine when the AI responds.
I want to point out that the card fans were not turning after installation, even after a reboot. I used fancontrol to verify that they could work, and CoreCtrl to make sure they work every time.
I don't think it is normal that the fans stopped working after the ROCm install. Maybe it is linked?
