With the release of 2025 and some of my plugins may be losing support for 2020, I'm looking into upgrading from 2020 to either 2023 or 2024. I don't care for change as it took me until ~2021 to fully transition from 3ds Max Design 2014 to 2020. I prefer stability over all else and while I've had 2023 installed for a few years, my main go-to has remained 2020.
So I ask you, Reddit, for the next few years, would the QOL and feature updates be worth moving to 2024 or should I stick with 2023 until it is dropped by plugin devs much like 2020 is now?
The biggest plugin I see dropping support for 2020 and older is Scene Manager by Pulze. But I also wanted to try Helio Render Farm and that doesn't support 2020.
