Sapphire Nitro+ AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT questions - very confused

Hi, everything in my new gaming pc build turns on, but I can't for the life of me get a display on my monitor. Is there something that's supposed to be plugged in to that 3 prong port (to the left of the 8), and should I move the BIOS switch?

The 3 pin is for ARGB to your motherboard..

What is your CPU and your PSU?

Are you using displayport or HDMI?
